The Service provides software tools, hosting infrastructure, website-building functionality, APIs, and related platform technologies that allow users to create, manage, and publish their own websites, applications, content, and online services.
Web on Demand operates solely as a technology platform and infrastructure provider.
Users remain fully responsible for all content, data, transactions, communications, products, services, and business activities conducted through their use of the Service.
Web on Demand acts as a hosting and technology intermediary and is not the publisher, speaker, merchant of record for customer businesses unless expressly stated, or owner of user-generated content hosted through the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web on Demand is not responsible for user-generated content, customer websites, customer conduct, or third-party transactions conducted through the Service.
Users may conduct transactions with customers, visitors, or third parties through websites or services operated using the Service. Web on Demand is not a party to such transactions and is not responsible for disputes, chargebacks, claims, delivery failures, product issues, or business obligations between users and their own customers or counterparties.
Web on Demand may implement traffic filtering, rate limiting, automated blocking, temporary restrictions, traffic shaping, connection controls, reputation-based controls, and other security measures to protect the platform, users, and infrastructure from abuse or large-scale attacks.
The Service may use automated systems to detect abuse, suspicious behavior, malicious activity, policy violations, and security threats.
Such systems may result in temporary or permanent restrictions, flags, throttling, filtering, or other protective actions.
Accounts, websites, services, access, features, or content may be suspended, restricted, disabled, or terminated if these policies are violated, if required by law, or if reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, infrastructure, or third parties.

These Legal Policies and any dispute arising from or relating to the Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Except where arbitration applies, any legal proceedings relating to the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada where permitted by applicable law.
Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise required by law or determined by the arbitrator.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, users agree that disputes with Web on Demand will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, collective action, mass action, or representative proceeding.
